You want your order! We want you to be happy, part of that is handling shipping in a timely manner so you can get on with whatever your creative mind has in store for our products. Please read below for general shipping guidelines, let us know if you have any questions.

Domestic Shipping Policy


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 1-2 business days when possible. If we do not have the product in stock, we will work out the best possible lead time for you to receive your shipment.  We do not process orders during holidays but may during weekends if possible (but not guaranteed).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. Overnight deliveries are not normally offered as a selection from our website, however, if you are in need of something quick call us! We will do whatever we can to get you your items as quickly as possible.


Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


RaleighEV is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).




RaleighEV is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, we will work with you through the claims process with the carrier’s insurance.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy


We typically do not ship outside the U.S. – Contact us directly for questions or special orders/exceptions!


We accept returns for a period of 30 days from the time you receive your non-defective product, for products that were not used, are new and received back by us in the same condition that they were sold. Items must be returned in their original packaging along with any manuals, hardware, loose pieces etc.

All returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned products will be thoroughly inspected upon arrival to verify above conditions are met prior to any refund being issued back to the original purchaser. If the returned products do not meet with our approval they will be available to be shipped back to you, at your request, after we receive payment for estimated return shipping costs.

We do not offer returns for products that were on sale or clearance.

It is possible, but not guaranteed, that a partial refund will be available for items not meeting the above (or below) criteria, based on our own evaluation of the circumstances.

Most of the products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty and guarantee, if an item is nonfunctioning or has failed contact the manufacturer, or contact us and we will contact them, and move forward from there to work out repair or exchange of product.
